For nearly seven years, Dr. Saunders worked in a clinical practice at the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons. In 2001, Dr. Saunders completed the summer intensive therapist training program at the Jung Institute of Zurich, Switzerland. Dr. Saunders is an innovative and creative therapist utilizing Jungian concepts.

Dr. Montse Casado-Kehoe Dr. Casado-Kehoe is the Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor for Central Florida Psychological Consultants, Inc. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist and qualified supervisor for LMHC/LMFT in the state of Florida as well as a registered play therapist. She is an Associate Professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Orlando and a member of the American Counseling Association and International Association for Marriage and Family Counseling. Dr. Casado-Kehoe specializes in women's issues, children and family issues, trauma, health issues as they relate to mental health and well-being, and the use of coping mechanisms. Her approach is relational, holistic, and strength-based when working with individuals, children and families, and she utilizes the same approach in supervision. Her work is experiential in nature and integrates the use of play and expressive arts with a research agenda that has focused on family therapy, play therapy, supervision, resiliency, breast cancer and spirituality. Dr. Casado-Kehoe is Prepare-Enrich certified and EMDR Level II trained. As a writer, she has coauthored two books, has written various book chapters related to counseling, has been published in a number of peer review journals, and has presented frequently at the national and international levels as a presenter and keynote speaker. Dr. Casado-Kehoe was educated in Spain and the United States and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Dr. H. Leveta Horne Dr. Horne is the Dailiy Operations Manager and Chief Personnel Officer for Central Florida Psychological Consultants, Inc. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from The Florida State University and her Masters degree from Stetson University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship with the Federal Bureau of Prisons at the Coleman Correctional Complex in Coleman, Florida. She has worked with adults and adolescents from many different backgrounds and has trained in various settings. These varied experiences allow her to evaluate and treat individuals with a wide range of psychological issues. Trained in Adlerian Theory she also employs Choice Theory in her strength based approach to therapy and case conceptualization. Currently, she is available for assessments and evaluations of adolescents and adults including but not limited to custody, competency, learning abilities, psychosexual, neuropsychological, forensic, disability, immigration, bio-psycho-social, and full battery psychological assessments.
Richard DeWalden, M.A. Richard is a Mental Health Counselor, helping adults, couples, and families with their therapy and counseling needs. Richard specializes in Prepare and Enrichment Marital Counseling and is a registered Mental Health Intern with the State of Florida.
Heather Burroughs is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing in the Central Florida area for 18 years. She has a wide array of experience in hospice, home health, nursing homes, and community mental health centers. Her professional affiliations include the National Association of Social Workers and the Collaboration for Grief Education. She teaches Principles of Health and Wellness for the University of Phoenix and is currently in training with Grand Canyon University to teach Professional Counseling. She specializes in working with individuals and families experiencing adjustment issues; grief and loss; and mental health concerns, such as depression and anxiety. Her approach is client focused and allows for self determination. Her belief is that individuals have the strengths and answers within themselves, which can be realized through processing feelings, thoughts and events. She incorporates mind/body connection theories, guided imagery and relaxation techniques into her treatment to help her clients achieve optimal psychological and physical well-being.
Cynthia M. Grow, M.S.
Cynthia is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy, and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist intern with the State of Florida. She works with all ages, and specializes in the emotional needs of Gifted and GLBTQ individuals, couples, and families, which comprise a high percentage of her practice. Cynthia’s approach is solution-oriented and creative, integrating the best concepts and strategies from the field of holistic, strength-based psychology and the creative arts. She also has extensive experience with finding one’s life purpose(s), and the intricate balance required for creating and operating family businesses while maintaining a healthy family life. Cynthia is a Level II trained EMDR therapist specializing in trauma/loss recovery, and she is Prepare-Enrich certified to help all types of couples and families find more satisfying relationships with themselves and others.
