Insurance
We are preferred providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana, Medicare, Aetna as well as many other insurances. Our Office manager will gladly check your benefits for you. We also accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.
Our fees are always based on your financial abilities, level of service element required, complexity of the service requested, among other considerations. We are very competitive and strive to give tremendous value for your dollar.
For our clinical services, we will never turn down anyone in need. If we cannot treat your specific issue, then we will find a competent referral. Our follow-up program is the highest in the state and exceeds all government requirements. We also offer free telephone consultations up to a year after your evaluation. Our service is second to none.
