Dr. Montse Casado-Kehoe

Dr. Casado-Kehoe is a licensed marriage and family therapist and qualified supervisor for LMHC/LMFT in the state of Florida as well as a registered play therapist. She is an Associate Professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Orlando and a member of the American Counseling Association and International Association for Marriage and Family Counseling.  Dr. Casado-Kehoe specializes in women's issues, children and family issues, trauma, health issues as they relate to mental health and well-being, and the use of coping mechanisms. Her approach is relational, holistic, and strength-based when working with individuals, children and families, and she utilizes the same approach in supervision.

Her work is experiential in nature and integrates the use of play and expressive arts with a research agenda that has focused on family therapy, play therapy, supervision, resiliency, breast cancer and spirituality. Dr. Casado-Kehoe is Prepare-Enrich certified and EMDR Level II trained. As a writer, she has coauthored two books, has written various book chapters related to counseling, has been published in a number of peer review journals, and has presented frequently at the national and international levels as a presenter and keynote speaker. Dr. Casado-Kehoe was educated in Spain and the United States and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Dr. H. Leveta Horne

Dr. Horne earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from The Florida State University and her Masters degree from Stetson University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship with the Federal Bureau of Prisons at the Coleman Correctional Complex in Coleman, Florida.  She has worked with adults and adolescents from many different backgrounds and has trained in various settings. These varied experiences allow her to evaluate and treat individuals with a wide range of psychological issues. Trained in Adlerian Theory she also employs Choice Theory in her strength based approach to therapy and case conceptualization. Currently, she is available for assessments and evaluations of adolescents and adults including but not limited to custody, competency, learning abilities, psychosexual, neuropsychological, forensic, disability, immigration, bio-psycho-social, and full battery psychological assessments.

Dr. Horne is also available to corporations and organizations for evaluation of organizational culture, assessment of effectiveness of leadership style, executive development, pre-employment screenings, career development, fitness for duty evaluations, emergency preparedness, and critical incident awareness and/or debriefing.  Dr. Horne chose to add a specialty in Performance Psychology during her time at FSU.  This has not only enabled her to develop a comprehensive approach to treatment but has also allowed her to work with athletes and performers to develop and hone their skills.  Specifically, she enjoys working with athletes and performers to achieve automaticity and avoid or recover from “slumps”. Further, she has developed several methods to assist athletes and performers to access and control their zone of optimal functioning before, during, and after performance. This ability not only assists the athlete or performer to function at their peak during a game or performance but also allows them to relax and enjoy their life outside of their chosen arena. Performers she works with include medical doctors, trial attorneys, pilots, actors, and musicians.

Richard DeWalden, M.A.

Richard is a Mental Health Counselor, helping adults, couples, and families with their therapy and counseling needs. Richard specializes in Prepare and Enrichment Marital Counseling and is a registered Mental Health Intern with the State of  Florida.

Danielle Archer, M.S.

Danielle was born and raised in Long Island, New York and relocated to Central Florida in 2004.  She attended the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science.  She went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Orlando campus and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Pastoral Community Counseling from Argosy University.

Danielle is currently certified as a Guardian Ad Litem through the Fifth Judicial Circuit and is working towards her certifications as a play therapist, family mediator and circuit civil mediator.  Danielle has extensive experience working with children and adults engaged in high conflict divorces and domestic violence situations.  She has also invested in the lives of others through equipping and empowering them through various educational instruction and small groups.  

Danielle is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and specializes in the following areas: individual counseling with children through adults; cutting, eating disorders and other forms of self injury; abuse and trauma; grief/bereavement; separation, divorce and co-parenting issues; and New Ways For Families™.  Other services she currently provides are self injury support groups, parenting education groups, parent coordination, home studies for private adoptions and social investigations as well as counseling for musical artists and performers.

Cynthia M. Grow, M.S.

Cynthia is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy, and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the State of Florida. She works with all ages, and specializes in the emotional needs of Gifted and GLBTQ individuals, couples, and families, which comprise a high percentage of her practice. Cynthia’s approach is solution-oriented and creative, integrating the best concepts and strategies from the field of holistic, strength-based psychology and the creative arts. She also has extensive experience with finding one’s life purpose(s), and the intricate balance required for creating and operating family businesses while maintaining a healthy family life. Cynthia is a Level II trained EMDR therapist specializing in trauma/loss recovery, and she is Prepare-Enrich certified to help all types of couples and families find more satisfying relationships with themselves and others.

Page Hughes, B.S.

Page is an intern with our practice and is currently earning her Master's Degree. She Specializes in Christian Counseling and has a great passion for working with a client's spiritual as well as mental health needs.
